Prayer Night
Prayer Night is an intentional evening set aside to step away from the noise of everyday life and draw near to Jesus. Throughout the room will be opportunities to read Scripture, journal, pray, and worship in an atmosphere designed for quiet reflection and intimacy with the Lord. Whether you spend the evening sitting quietly with your Bible, pouring your heart out in prayer, worshipping, or simply resting in His presence, our desire is that every person would encounter Jesus personally.
Throughout the Gospels, Jesus consistently withdrew from the crowds to spend time alone with His Father before entering seasons of ministry. Before He taught, healed, chose His disciples, or carried out the work the Father had given Him, He first sought the Father's presence. In doing so, Jesus modeled that intimacy with the Father is not secondary to ministry, it is the foundation of it.
Prayer Night is not about accomplishing more for God, but allowing God to accomplish more within us. As we intentionally spend time with Jesus, the Holy Spirit shapes our hearts, renews our minds, and forms us more into the image of Christ. Just as we naturally begin to reflect the character of those we spend the most time with, the more we abide in Jesus, the more His heart, His love, and His character become evident in our own lives.
Our prayer is that every person leaves refreshed, refueled, and prepared, not simply to do ministry, but to faithfully walk with Christ wherever He leads.
Reading Scripture
Reading Scripture is an opportunity to hear the voice of God through His written Word. During Prayer Night, take your time, meditate on what you read, and allow the Holy Spirit to teach, convict, encourage, and reveal more of Christ to you.
Journaling
Journaling creates space to process what God is speaking and preserve moments that might otherwise be forgotten. Write your prayers, reflections, questions, and anything the Lord places on your heart as an act of intentional listening and remembrance.
Praying
Prayer is our invitation to speak honestly with our Heavenly Father while also learning to listen for His voice. Bring your thanksgiving, burdens, confession, and requests before Him, trusting that He delights in meeting with His children personally.
worship
Worship shifts our attention from ourselves to the greatness and goodness of God. As we behold Jesus with hearts surrendered to Him, our affection for Him deepens and we are continually transformed into His likeness.
